This is a great place for shopping. There are a few nice restaurants in the mix with all the shops. I would have to say that its a tad annoying to shop there when its raining or its extremely cold because it is a strip mall, not an indoor one. So that’s probably my only negative comment about it. Other than that, I’m a fan! Best Buy could be a tad closer, but its not a big deal. I love & will continue shopping here!

It either has it or is getting it soon. Stores you like to shop at are over at THE CENTRAL MARKET PLACE!! This place is is filing the shopping needs of Waco more than anywhere else locally. Clean and long very long end to end. It has taken the shopping dollars regionally and pulled 75% of them here. Space may become an issue eventually even stretched out like it is. Weather Excessively hot cold or rainy will drag on you as it is all open air shopping.

It’s like a little slice of Austin for Waco. This place has a store for everyone. Petco, Marhsall’s, Khol’s, Books-A-Million to name just a few. Good pickings for restaurants, too. Newk’s is top notch, and you can also find Subway and Panda Express. Only down side is the back of the complex is fairly empty. Khol’s is the only store sitting back there. Any others that pop up soon disappear.
